Description:
My project does not persist between UDig Sessions.

Steps
1.  Create a new Project (do not put in default location)
2.  Save Project
3.  Create Map
4.  Save Map
5.  Exit UDig
6.  Start UDig Project not in Map perspective and not found on the hard drive as a .udig file.
