Thanks for the reply, I was not aware of it, I tested it and it displays the correct location in output file (.m2/repository/p2/osgi/bundle/com.fasterxml.jackson.core.jackson-databind/2.9.9), unfortunately, the LSP is not aware of tycho and is calling dependency:list in order to be "generic" with any kind of maven project I think.
The only way to fix the issue I have is probably to be able to install dependencies in local .m2 according the layout displayed by dependency:list ?
By the way, I am still wondering why tycho is displaying
p2.eclipse-plugin:com.fasterxml.jackson.core.jackson-databind:jar:2.9.9:system
for a dependency it has installed in
.m2/repository/p2/osgi/bundle/com.fasterxml.jackson.core.jackson-databind/2.9.9
