Thanks, but the good way is to add to the product, the feature of the update site as root feature:

<feature id="mytool.addon.feature" installMode="root"/>

Hi,

You can specify the update site in the p2.inf file using the “addRepository” instructions.
[1] and [2] will provide some helpful information how you can do that.

Hello,

I’m able to create an RCP from a product with tycho.  I would like to add to this RCP some update-site like egit, mylyn, etc … .
Those update site can be removed or update by the user.
Does anybody know how to perform this ? How to add some update site to an RCP ?

Thanks for your help
