Hi Pascal,

A brand new feature sounds like a Tycho snapshot version with that feature would be sufficient. So it would be enough if 0.23.0-SNAPSHOT supported the new feature, right?

I'd rather not base one of the three yearly Tycho (milestone) releases on something brand new.
