[tycho-dev] Nexus Unzip Plugin 0.13.0 for Nexus 2.7.x re-staged

After the feedback for the first stage, we re-staged the Nexus Unzip Plugin release 0.13.0.
Two more bugs [1,2] have been fixed in comparison to the first stage.

Please help testing the staged plugin; it can be obtained from [3].
For more information, see the release notes [4] and how to deploy [5].

We plan to promote this release in one week from now (2014/04/15) unless major regressions are found.
