Voting will close on 2026-02-13 for the Project Lead election of Kaspar Matas on project Eclipse Trustable Software Framework (technology.tsf). Criteria: Kaspar has had a key role in the TSF project since its earliest days and is actively engaged in leading the project and shaping its direction. He has made [numerous contributions](https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/tsf/tsf/-/commits/main?author=Kaspar%20Matas) to the TSF project documentation, regularly [raises](https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/tsf/tsf/-/issues/?sort=created_date&state=all&author_username=kasparmatas), triages and comments on issues, and is one of the main reviewers of MR contributions. Kaspar co-presented a [talk about TSF at OSS EU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsmhZrZnRL8) and regularly participates in the bi-weekly Eclipse TSF Q&A Sessions.
