[transformer-dev] 0.2.0 in Maven Central

Several people have requested an interim release be made available in Maven Central rather than just in the snapshot repo [2]. So we now have the 0.2.0 interim release [3] in Maven Central under the groupId `org.eclipse.transformer` [1].

 

The main branch in the github repo is now building 0.3.0-SNAPSHOT.
