Update on Alignment Day (31.07.2025) – No agenda, short Q&A session instead

Dear all,

we are just a few days away from our scheduled Alignment Day for Release 25.12 (Thursday, 31.07.2025, 09:05–12:00).
After reviewing the project board, we noticed that so far, there are not enough features labeled with open question.

This label is the entry criterion for topics to be discussed during the Alignment Day.

Result:

• Since there are currently no features marked for discussion, there will be no agenda and no alignment topics this time.

What does this mean for the session?

• The formal Alignment Day is canceled.
• However, I will still open the call at 09:05 for a short introduction on the process and for any spontaneous Q&A.
• If no questions come up, the session will probably be finished 😉.

Feel free to join between 09:05 and 10:00 if you are curious or have any last-minute questions!

Thanks to everyone for keeping the preparation so clean – no open questions means we are in a good position.

Current Status:

At the moment, only a few features are planned for Release 25.12, and none of them are currently labeled with open question

However, the entry criteria for the Alignment Day is having features tagged with „open question“. If no such labels exist, we assume that everything is already clarified and no agenda will be published.

Action Items:

• Please review your features for 25.12 and check if any unresolved dependencies or open questions remain.
• If alignment is needed, simply add the label open question by Monday, 28.07.2025.
• If everything is already clear — even better! 👍
