| [tractusx-dev] Tractus-X: Update legal docs for ALL repositories - action required |
Dear Tractus-X Contributors and Committer,
last Friday (June 28th) was the deadline for updating the legal docs in your repositories, see below.
The changes were done in 48 of 68 repositories, great!
BUT
there are still 20 repositories with open tickets! These repositories are considered to be archived:
(A) If one of the repository is yours, add an assignee and start
working on the issue ASAP, add me (@AngelikaWittek) as viewer in
the comment.
(B) If you think there are repositories that you need, but somebody else should care about -> identify this "somebody" or take the responsibility. Goto (A)
(C) If you have already done the task, please close the issue.
We will discuss this list on Friday at the Office Hour.
And don't panic, before archiving a repo we will notify you via
this list!

Close the issue on your repo when you have done the changes.
From 61 repositories, 22 already did the change [1] - that's one third, thank you!
The due date for the issues is June 28th 2024!
Please note: Issues without an assignee and without actions in the associated repository by the due date will be considered for archiving!

there are changes in the legal docs invented by the Eclipse Foundation and also we got several inputs from consortia members about the legal docs.
As result there are a few changes we have to do in each of our repositories.For this reason we created an issue "Mandatory change in licensing and legal documentation" in each repository, this issue explains the changes and has a checklist with the changes. Please add an assignee to your ticket as we need a responsible contact person. The issues are tracked here [1].
