For Question 1, you may want to use the operation type as the name and the ID as a field as Genevieve described. That allows you by the same occasion to have statistics per type of operation.

(Genevieve), Yes, we did talk about it but there were no real need of it until now. Sooo we definitely need that feature :) Let's do it.
In my other eMail in this thread, I described what I want to do in a more detailed way. Hopefully, this sheds a little more light on my needs. Maybe, some other feature (I do not know about), would be much more suitable.
