[tracecompass-dev] Introducing the Trace Compass Incubator

Hi all,

The Trace Compass Incubator has been announced in this list before, but it
is finally ready to get out of the closet and go public!

Well, the code has been public for a few months already, but we'll
advertise its features a bit more from now on ;-)

There will be a lot more coming as this is mostly how we will advertise
the new features we develop and show what users can do with them.
