[tracecompass-dev] Move specific view implementations to internal packag

Hello

The Control Flow, Resources and CPU usage view classes are currently 
public APIs. However, they are specific implementations of 
TmfAbstractTimeGraphView (AbstractStateSystemTimeGraphView) and 
TmfChartView, respectively, and are not meant to be extended.  I propose 
to move the packages below to internal for Neon. I opened Bug 489573 [1] 
to discuss the change. Please let me know if you have any concerns.
