[tracecompass-dev] Building the RCP by default?

Hi all,

I was looking at our README file, and noticed that we have to pass 
"-Pbuild-rcp" to build the RCP, while the update-site on the other hand 
is built by default. Isn't this a bit strange, considering most users 
will probably want to build the RCP rather than the update site?

We could add a profile for the update site too, but I think that'd be a 
bit overkill. Isn't it a bit simpler to just build the RCP by default? 
It adds a couple seconds to the build, but considering the length of the 
whole process, it's a relatively very short amount.
