[tracecompass-dev] New Remote API in LTTng Control View

Hello

The LTTng Control view is now using the new remote API of 
org.eclipse.remote [1] instead of the API of RSE.
This change was contributed as part of the Linux Tools project (see [2]) 
and now rebased to Trace Compass.

For the users this change is transparent and there is only a small 
difference on how to create a connection.
The User Guide will be updated shortly to reflect that change.

For developers using the source code, you need to set the target 
platform again to pick-up the changed dependencies.
