I am looking for approval for the 7.0.0 major release of Linux Tools.

This major release updates the version of docker-client used for Docker Tooling and makes some API changes with regards to Docker Tooling to support Container Build.  The JDT Docker Run/Debug support has been moved to its own feature.  All features have been moved over to the new EPL 2.0.

The ip log has been submitted and a review has been requested.
