[tools-pmc] PMC Approval Requested for Linux Tools 6.2.0 for Oxygen.2

Hello,

I am looking for approval for the 6.2.0 minor release of Linux Tools.

This minor release adds some support for CDT Build in Container in the
Docker Tooling and adds Java 9 compatibility.

The release also includes some minor Docker fixes.
