Dear PMC Memebers

I’m requesting PMC approvar for PDT 5.0 major release that is scheduled to coincide with Eclipse Oxygen.0

The release contains bug fixes and new features and api changes [1][2]:

Main new features:

1. PHPUnit support

2. Zend Debugger Profiler support

3. Built-in php server support

4. Lot of new validators
