[tools-pmc] Nominate Aleksandar Kurtakov for the Tools PMC

Hey gang,

I’d like to nominate Aleksandar Kurtakov to the Tools PMC. He is the co-lead of the Linux Tools project which has a big community of committers building tools for Linux. He’s an employee of Red Hat who are the leaders IMHO in the open source business business, and just have a knack of doing open source contribution right. Alex not being shy to express his thoughts in the open along with his leadership of the Linux tools community would be a benefit to the greater Tools community at large.
