According to our releng process which was written while we were in the 
Technology group, we are supposed to get an approval note from the PMC 
for our releases.

Is this process the same in the Tools group and if so, is there one 
person who gives us this approval?  I need to send the emo the approval 
note plus iplog and release review docuware.
