I think it is a good proposal, appropriate
for the Tools Top Level project, and ready for official public review.


(It would be nice if they got some other
companies/people involved ... but ... that's no reason to hold them up).

I've received a new project proposal.

I'm tracking the proposal with Bug 381101 [1].

Can I get a +1 to open this for official public review? If you have questions
