Hi Paul, Eugene,

While PMC is considering this package for +1, I'll make a few administrative
changes....

Amending typo in summary to show this is from Google (rather than the wildly
popular "oogle"). :-)

The code itself appears to be BSD-licensed rather than EPL.  BSD is fine, but
we would use EPL if it was available under EPL.  Can you point me to the place
where you are seeing EPL?

If you want to add this to Orbit, a new CQ will have to be opened in Orbit,
"piggybacking" off this one.  If you are an Orbit committer or become one, you
can do that yourself.  Otherwise, you may wish to ask an existing Orbit
committer to do that for you.  :-)

Changing keyword "epl" to "nonepl" since this package not hosted here at
Eclipse.
