[tools-pmc] RE: Tycho proposal

Howdy all,
I'm excited about this proposal. We've been waiting for a long time :-)
However, before approving this I would like to see a "Related Projects"
section with a paragraph or two on how Tycho relates to the plethora of
Eclipse build projects that are already out there. Buckminster, Athena, PDE
Build and B3 come to mind as examples. "We compete" is a perfectly fine
answer, but avoiding the topic is not my preference.
@Jason - On a related note, the "Tycho" trademark will have to be assigned
to the Eclipse Foundation. Contact either Janet or I for a copy of our
boilerplate agreement for taking care of that.
