Ling has over a decade of experience working on a variety of desktop and
embedded debuggers and has been contributing to CDT since 2007, mostly in
the debug plug-ins with patches for core debug, CDI, and DSF.

Recently Ling designed and implemented much of the EDC's breakpoint and
register services, implemented stepping in the run control service, and
much of the integration of EDC and TCF services.

He has also contributed to DSF-GDB and recently worked with Pawel on bug
292468 to create a BreakpointsMediator that could be used by both EDC, GDB,
and any other debugger integrations.
