Thanks Ken.  Based on the fact that you replaced attachment4412 with
attachment4448, I'll deduce you wish to use this CQ for your nonepl requirement
for Jabsorb 1.3.1.  I am changing the summary and the keywords to reflect that,
accordingly.  

I'll further deduce that *in the event* you determine you need a CQ for your
EPL requirement (due diligence guidelines referenced in number 1, comment8),
you will enter one separately.  

Please comment on this CQ if any of the foregoing deductions are incorrect;
otherwise I'll take your silence as agreement.  :-)

Please note that as with the previous version of Jabsorb, where JSON has
included a license header on their files, we will ask you to update the license
terms and the associated About file you create to reflect the fact that our
distribution of JSON components are governed by a modified JSON license as
follows:

I believe all JSON files except JSONException, Test and JSONString files (which
have no license headers) will need to be amended.  

And last but certainly not least, because the nature of this CQ has changed
significantly from the time PMC originally approved it, we will ask for PMC +1
again.
