Dear All,

I'd like to nominate Andrew for committer on the CDT project.  He's been
working hard fixing bugs, writing tests, and improving UI in the Build and
Project Model areas.

A few of the important bits he's worked on:
 - Improved the make target view
 - Written test cases for model regressions, and existing bugs
 - Worked hard to get error parsing right, submitting code patches and
taking part in discussions on bugs
    - Written the testsuite for Error Parsers
 - Added JavaDoc with his submitted patches (even if the code wasn't
originally his!)
 - Many other contributions[1]

Andrew's been a very thorough contributor. He's taken the time to dig into
and write tests for bugs users are experiencing[2], and is capable of
tackling some of the historical code we've got flying about! He's also
started some exploratory prototyping improvements to the project model[3].

I think it'd be great to have another pair of hands and eyes in Build, and
Andrew's are very capable. He's a very good person to bounce ideas off of:
he's responsive, prototypes proposed solutions and improves code quality
[JavaDoc + tests] as he goes; I think he'll be an asset as CDT 6.1/7 get
going!
