Since the Tools PMC has approved the project lead change for PDT, I am updating the Foundation database to reflect this change. Thanks.

I would appreciate if you reply. Thanks Assaf A. PDT project Leader From: Assaf Almaz Sent: Thursday, June 19, 2008 2:31 PM To: 'Anne Jacko'; 'John Duimovich' Cc: 'Doug Schaefer'; Guy Gurfinkel Subject: I would like to nominate Guy Gurfinkel as PDT project Leader Hi, My name is Assaf Almaz and I have been managing the PDT project since November 2006. I was nominated the official project leader earlier this year when Yossi Leon has left Zend (the previous PDT project leader). As you probably heard, Zend Technologies has been going through some organization changes. As part of these changes I am taking a new role – to lead the development of the PHP server technologies instead of the IDE products. Guy Gurfinkel was nominated the Group leader of the development tools organization which is the group that is working on PDT. Guy has been with Zend for the last 4 years and has been working as a Team Leader in the last 2 years. Guy is one of the most active committers on in the PDT project and is highly involved with the PDT community (pdt-mailing list). I would like to nominate Guy as the PDT project leader and I will escort him through his first months until I will fade out and eventually be removed from the PDT committers list.
