But I'm a bit confused, maybe this is my fault and my question was not clear enough, so I retry :)

Have you any objection about moving to GH ? (I didn't get the tracking IP requirements)

I ask this question because I agree that "nowadays GH PR-process is much more convenient for development." (I would prefer that eclipse choose an open-source/developer-friendly alternative like gitlab but now the choice is limited to "gerrit vs GH" ...)

The reason is that when moving tinydtls to Eclipse, the Eclipse
Foundation's documents and guidelines recommended to use the Eclipse
infrastructure, esp. gerrit, to host the project sources.

There is still big value in this because the gerrit process helps a lot
in tracking IP. (And yes, the GH PR-process nowadays is much more
convenient for development.)
