thank you for your help.
I can not seem to find dtls-debug.c and adding SOURCES+=debug.c does not seem to fix the problem.
I want to see clearly the messages sent between the server and client located in /tests by activating debugging for a university project.

Can you offer me detailed help.

In the makefile

tinydtls_src += dtls_debug.c

should activate debugging support.

I can not seam to find the option to activate debugging in the makefile.

I need to activate debugging to see clearly the transactions between the dtls-server and the dtls-clients located in /tests .
