[theia-dev] 1.58.5 Patch Community Release

Hi folks,

after we get 1.60 out the door, we'll be doing a patch release for the 1.58 community release. Probably some time next week. 

There is an issue tracking the fixes going into this patch release (https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/issues/15213). If you have fixes that should be in this patch release, please add them to the issue and take steps to port them to the "/release/1.58.x" branch.
