[theia-dev] Releaser 1.60 next week

Hi folks,

since we have a couple of issues still open in master, we have decided in today's developer meeting to push back the 1.60 until next week. We plan to have the release out (including Theia IDE) by the end of next week. 

We have an "endgame" issue open for the release at https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/issues/15216 if you want to follow the progress.
