[theia-dev] Spurious test failures on ubuntu

Hi folks,

recently, we've been getting spurios failures on the PR checks on Ubuntu (https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/issues/14980). I've had a quick look when it first occurred but was not able to reproduce locally. 

So when you have a failure on Ubuntu, rerunning the check will usually eventually fix the problem and it's probably not a problem with your PR. Please still have a look at failures to make sure it's not some other problem.
