[theia-dev] Patches for community release

Hi,

as discussed in the dev call yesterday:

Theia 1.29 is the release candidate for the community release (due end of September)

If you identified any critical issue that occurs in Theia 1.29, please tag the ticket/fix with the label:

"CommunityReleasePatch1.29"

These tickets will be cherry picked to the 1.29 version to produce a 1.29.1 which will become the community release.
