Criteria: Lucas Schnebele has made an impact on the XFSC Federated Catalog (FC) and Portal projects. He did a good NeoPortal prototype which can be extended to substitute the XFSC Portal project in the future: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/lucasschnebele/neoportal He also working now on the extension of FC project to support GAIA-X Loire release: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/groups/eclipse/xfsc/cat/-/epics/6, so we need a Committer role for him.
