Bill Muldoon is part of the Computer Associates team working on the COSMOS
project.  Since joining the project shortly after March of 2007, Bill has
worked with the team on the design and implementation of a number of
enhancements and bugs, especially in the Data Collection area of COSMOS. 
Specifically, Bill contributed patches to fix bugs in some of the initial
code done in the project, e.g. 199560 & 199569.  In addition, Bill has has
submitted code for the new enhancements for several key features, including
197867 (Data Broker) and 197868 (Management Domain).  Bill is an active
participant in the community, and a constant advocate for the COSMOS
project.
