technology PMC Members,
Voting is complete for Mark Howe to receive full Committer status on the
technology.dltk project. As a PMC member, you can approve or disapprove

Mark Howe was nominated by Andrey Platov as follows:
Mark actively participating in development of DLTK's Ruby component and
DLTK in general from the times Ruby Component development started. Being
one of the earliest DLTK adopters Mark proposed some API and ideas for
future project evolution: like Xam/Xom concept

improvements on current code base (like

), invesigated on different problems like

, etc.
Besides all of the above Mark is contributing to the DLTK codebase (just
look at [181466], [183298], [186015], [193851]) so I'm sure the project
will benefit a lot if Mark would obtain Committer status on the Project.
