All active committers have voted to grant Bruno Wasserman committer rights to the BPEL project.

I see no vote from James Moody, who is a committer and an abstain from Kevin McGuire.

Can James Vote either way ? Can the PMC answer whether past committers that are no longer involved in the project "actively" need to be consulted for votes in the future ?
