[sumo-user] increase flow automatically

Hello all,

Is there a way to increase all the flows of my route file by some percentage? Say I have a route file with,

flow1 = 1000 vph and flow2= 1500 vph

And I want to double the flow

updated_flow1 = 2000 vph and updated_flow2 = 3000 vph
