[sumo-user] Reducing delay at priority right/left turns

Hi,

We find that vehicles seem to wait an unrealistic amount of time while making a right or left turn from a lower priority to higher priority road. As a result, this results in large congestions and spill-back at intersections with slightly higher demand. Based on visualizing this in sumo-gui this amount of waiting doesn't seem realistic. What parameters can we use to reduce the delay of vehicles waiting to make such turns?
