Yes. lcSigma defines variation around the preferred lateral alignment in the lane and 0 disables this random variation.
When using the sublane model you can use vType attribute latAlignment to change the preferred alignment form 'center' to something else.

The parameter lcSigma from LC 2013 – is this a measure of lateral deviations the vehicle can have within a lane, does a value of 0.0 restrict the vehicle to maneuver along the center of lane without any deviations. Kindly help me in comprehending
