If Routes.Rou.alt.xml does not have alternate routes in route distribution, only single route with probability 1.0 will that cause this error?

According to the log file the last action what Cadyts did is to clone the route file. It seems that it could not clone the agents. Try to check if the content of your Routes.Rou.alt.xml is correct.

Can anyone help me with this. Calibration step is stuck on zero in the logger that prints out.
