Re: [sumo-user] How does duarouter make trips?

Thanks Dear Jakob,
So, Do the trips define based on an empty network?
I mean the vehicle speed not only depends on the "speed limit" and "maximum vehicle speed" but also the number of vehicles on that street.

How does the density show its effect on making the trips by duarouter?

Thanks,
Reihaneh

Dear Members,

How does duarouter make trips? Is it based on minimum distance (using shortest path length) or minimum travel-time between OD data?
It seems that it uses the shortest path length, but I want to be sure.

Thanks,
Reihaneh
