[sumo-user] Green tears in sumo-gui and netedit

Hi everyone

I just downloaded sumo and started creating some network and this is happening (see image below). There seems to be a rendering issue on both netedit and simulator along with a very slow responsiveness when moving the netedit window (not the network itself, but the system window)

Sumo Version 1.6.0 - Windows 10 2004
