[sumo-user] Restric a vehicle to change its lane

I need a solution for a vehicle to not changing its lane in any circumstances for a time period. After the time period, the default setting of the vehicle need to be restored so that it can change it's lane if it requires. How can I restrict a vehicle to change its lane?  If we can do so, then please also provide the information about to default setting of changing lane for a vehicle.
