[sumo-user] Query : Shows traffic density but emission is 0

Dear Sir,

I am not able to get : why the values of CO2 varies for the same traffic density?

Is it the case is like vehicles stopped,So it doesn't generate CO2? 

If its so,How can i make all the vehicle to generate emission,though it stopped. [Like at the signal,If vehicle stopped but still its ignition is start,Thus it generates emission]

Please look at the data,that noise is also varies for the same traffic density.

Please help.
