Yes, it’s rather dense.
I tried to change the geometry.min-dist to 3 and 4 but still has this error when traffic changes lanes.

your network looks as if it uses very densely spaced geometry points (lane markings are started anew after every geometry point and the lack of lane markings is visible in your screenshot).
If you have a lot of geometry points, than the strange vehicle angles are most likely due to glitched geometry.
Try rebuilding your network with the
netconvert option --geometry.min-dist 3
