Hi Valentin,
there may very well be memory leaks in libsumo. For a quick fix (and
depending on the implementation you use (Python?)) you could more or
less easily encapsulate every run in a separate process and let the OS
do the cleanup. For tracking this you would need to do a clang build
where memory leak checking is enabled (and honestly I don't think anyone
tried this together with libsumo in Python). Alternatively a good first
step would be to check first whether the leaking is also present with
traci, where a debug build is easier.
