Hi, I m very confused is it is necessary to create configurtaion of SUMO and Matlab to create traffic light algorithm ? is it's not possible to work on single software (SUMO)? will u plz help or tell me what steps should i take to create traffic light control algorithm in SUMO ? and how i can create (code) my own algorithm in SUMO?
