Re: [sumo-user] regarding de-boarding time in simulating Bus movement in SUMO

As it happens, this issue is being worked on at the moment. We'll let you know once it's implemented.
Dear SUMO-Users,
We are trying to simulate the bus movement along with boarding and de-boarding event of commuters in SUMO.
We are able to simulate the bus boarding event where the bus stops at the stoppage for the duration proportional to the number of passengers boarding the bus. However, in simulating the de-boarding event we are facing the following problem: the passengers are de-boarded from the bus in ZERO time.
We want the bus stopping time to be proportional to the number of passengers de-boarding the bus. How to achieve it in SUMO? We came across the open thread among the SUMO developer community
https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/4216 that addresses the similar problem.
Kindly guide us to solve this issue
