Using SUMO for 100k vehicle is not a problem. You might want to consider the
mesoscopic option for faster computation, as well as some macroscopic or
one-shot assignment if you need/want to define routes. Make sure you have a
certain amount of RAM on your computer, however, from experience, 100k runs
fine on my 2year old laptop (8GB RAM) (obviously, this depends on the speed
you are looking for).
