[sumo-user] Make Node can travel faster

Hi

i have some problem, i want to make every node/vehicle can move/travel to a destination faster, not by shortest route, but by shortest time they travel from A to B. they will chose shortest time to travel, doesn't matter how long the route (like waze and google maps algorithm). what function/file/feature in SUMO i must to use/modified ?
